Measurement Systems Division with approximately 40 engineers and scientists
reporting to me. We do work in a wide range of disciplines. I am
also the program manager for a new advance automated calibration delivery
system.
I have a B.A. from the University of Florida in
Computer Science. I spent 8.5 years in the U.S. Navy where I was initially
trained in electronics and computers and attended all of the Navy's Electronic
and Computer schools (class A, B & C), which encompassed both hardware
maintenance, engineering and programming. My last assignment in the Navy was
as assistant project manager in Computer Aided Instruction at the U.S. Naval
Academy. While there I taught mid-shipman FORTRAN programming. While
attending the University of Florida (GO GATORS!) I was Director of Computing
at Lake City Community College and taught a graduate course in Computer Aided
Instruction at the University of Florida.
I worked as a programmer for Control Data
Corporation and TranSec Systems, Inc. andI have held management positions at
Control Data Corporation, Harris Computer Systems Division, Inc., Modular
Computer Systems, TranSec Systems, Inc., and Employment Screening Partners,
Inc.. barJOHN Consulting began as a part-time endeavor while attending
law school and transitioned into a full-time consulting business. For
six months I worked for a client, Employment Screening Partners, Inc., as
their Chief Technology Officer and General Counsel. Principally, I was
hired to solve major technical problems with their instant drug testing
system design. I completely redesigned the system and had it operational
within 5 months. I resigned in May of 2000 after a major political
upheaval resulted in my boss, the president, being fired. I subsequently
developed a major software system to manage medical and dental physicals for
the U.S. Army Reserves and the National Guard for a medical management
services company. After completing that project I went to work in my
current position.
I have specialized in n-tier database
management systems development (in Delphi) and "Thin

Server using terminal server, technical projects management and legal
issues.
I have a Juris Doctor in law from Thomas
Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and I am licensed to practice law by the
